This place is fabulous! I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office in all of my life and I'm 60 years old! From the moment you walk in the door this place is so comforting and so caring about their patients. I can't wait to send my husband here.

First I wanna say, I’m the type of girl that is afraid of dentist. Or should I say the pain sometimes when having a procedure. So before I walk my anxiety is high. From the moment I step thru the door the office was welcoming, I felt like I was walking in to someone’s home. Right away, I felt better. Then I was greeted by the staff. Again felt like we all knew each other. Off to X-rays again she made me feel at ease. Finally met Dr Cooper and he was great and so informative. Every step he told me the what’s and the whys and what he had planned. For it being my first day, it felt like I had been going to them for years. I felt they listened to me, and answered all my questions. He did send me to a specialist who got me in the same day. What I can tell you. You cannot go wrong with Phoenix Dentistry. They treat you with respect and they truly care, and very professional. Can’t wait to start the plan, and to see my results.

Every step from paperwork to my plan was smooth and everyone here is so nice. Dr.Cooper is AMAZING!!!! I went in thinking I needed bonding and such down to fix my teeth and their shape/gaps from not wearing my retainer and in 10minutes he explained and made me so comfortable with just reshaping them! I feel like a million bucks and didn’t even have to get veneers! 10000/10 Doctor and could not recommend him more pure honesty and integrity for not just letting me pay thousands of dollars for something I didn’t actually need

I'm 83 and most of my teeth are crowned. This is the 1st time I've had a crown replaced with just one, I repeat one, adjustment. We feel very blessed to have found Phoenix Family Dentistry when we did. Our boys ages 6 & 8 needed a lot of work done. While they told me they do not specialize in treating kids, they did a fantastic job! Much more reasonably priced too! (Which I appreciated) Quality of work certainly is most important, value is helpful of course, then having a warm, friendly staff in office is just icing on the cake. Now my wife and I both are getting our work done there too and loving it. Highly recommended!! Between the kids and us, we were treated by three of the doctors on staff and all have been great!

Felicia always gets my appointments and payments taken care of quickly and is a sweetheart. Cristina is such an awesome hygienist she definitely has amazing bed side manners and is quick at her cleanings. Dr Wais is wonderful at getting my night appliance fixed and fitting right every time I need a cavity or crown. I enjoy Gaby and her always being transparent with my appointments and what will occur in each of them. She also is an amazing dental assistant and hilarious too. Hailey was so friendly, passionate about her work and made sure I was comfortable from the moment she called me in the waiting room. Krystal, the hygienist, was extremely knowledgeable and used a gentle touch while cleaning. You can tell she cares. And Dr. Cooper did a thorough exam, answered all my questions and also fit me in to accommodate my schedule. I’m very thankful to have found them and get in so quickly. When I moved to Arizona after a lifetime in Chicago, one of the first medical pros I needed was a dentist. My family recommended Phoenix Family Dentistry, so I gave it a try. Fantastic people offering top-drawer work. They've replaced more than one filling and crown, and every time, the result was perfect: fit, color matching, and placement. The three providers I deal with the most are Dr. Tyler Ehrick, his assistant Luis, and their front desk guru, Felicia. I like them as people as well as providers, and I cannot recommend this dental operation more highly.

We were nervous to find a new dentist when we moved, but Phoenix Family Dentistry has been amazing! All of the staff and dentists are kind and do a great job. Recently, our son had a traumatic incident where his two front teeth were chipped from a game at school, and Phoenix Family Dentistry not only made us feel comfortable, but also did a wonderful job at repairing my son’s teeth.

Updated 10 Jan ‘23: I chipped a tooth biting a fork… jeez… anyway, they were able to get me in the very next morning (bright and early at 8AM even!) to smooth it out. It made me so happy. Maybe my next dental visit will be for that gold front tooth I’ve been wanting. I know they read these reviews… a discount on that would be nice. :-) Friendly staff and a cozy office. Erica, my hygienist, was great. She had a light touch and the cleaning was not at all painful, yet thorough. The dentist was friendly and informative. I picked this office based on reviews and they’re 100% spot on. You can’t go wrong here.

Dr Cooper did a great job treating me . He referred me to another doctor for an abscessed molar . The doctor he recommended made mistakes and did not treat the problem properly. Either way I I went in for a follow up visit and Dr Cooper told me we had a problem. He performed the correct procedure and did a very good job . He even called me the next day to make sure I was all right. The level of service at Phoenix Family Dentistry is very good . Phoenix Family Dentistry cares about their patients. It shows by their follow up and bedside manner . Thank you Dr Cooper for treating me . Best thing doctor Cooper did was to tell me exactly what was going to happen in the next few days . So I was not misinformed about what was happening and I was not surprised about my current condition. Great Doctor

I have been going here for years. I absolutely love them, they have switched doctors a couple times but I saw Dr. Cooper today and he was fantastic, very informative & had a good attitude. The lady at the desk was also very friendly & helpful! I always see Christina as a hygienist and she never fails to disappoint! She’s my absolute favorite dental hygienist I have had! So great at her job & makes me feel welcome each time I come in! Probably wouldn’t continue going there if she was not there but that’s just because she makes the experience worth it! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Dr. Culver is a Highly qualified and skilled dentist who does his own lab work and teaches dentistry. He has been very kind and conservative with my Mother who passed recently and wanted her teeth replaced. He gently explained that there wasn’t anything wrong with her teeth. My father was a dentist, did her work, and there wasn’t anything wrong with her teeth other than some aging issues. Kristina is a talented dental hygienist who has been meticulous about cleaning my teeth. This is a friendly and charming office. I highly recommend this practice as skilled, competent and honest.

I am very happy with the recent changes at this office. Doctor Culver is a friendly and experienced young man with a straight forward approach. He and the staff are efficient and pleasant. I appreciate the doctor and other employees not pushing unnecessary procedures to increase the total bill. I do however respect being given the options and having an explanation about possible choices that can be made to improve dental health. Cristina is one of the hygienists on staff. I can not say enough good things about her. A gentle touch, fast and thorough. What more could you ask for? Then to top it off was given a link to save about 50% on a highly rated ( like 38,000 5 star reviews) and recommended electric toothbrush.Overall a great experience. Honestly the best patient service I've encountered in years. From getting me in quickly as a new patient to the extraction of a tooth, the level of personal care was exemplary. Dental care without insurance (and mostly even with) can be impossibly expensive. They have a plan for that. Even getting my teeth cleaned is the best experience you can ask for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phoenix Family Dentistry to anyone in need of compassionate care.

I highly recommend Phoenix Family Dentistry. I was scarred to even get my teeth cleaned and then found out I had to have a tooth extracted. My anxiety was so high. All of the workers including Dr. Culver, Kathy, Cristina. Dr. Lichter, Anne and Felicia put my mind at ease. They really care about their patients too.

This place was awesome, can’t speak highly about this facility and their staff. Had appointment scheduled for 9/23 they called me and said he we have two opening at 10 we can get you in on 9/2. Was extremely helpful, the dental hygienist was so patient with me, making sure I was okay and comfortable. Just moved here from Washington so was hoping that this place would be our place for all future appointments and it is. Impressed with the overall patient care, the Doc was cool too!

I chose this office from a google search and I’m glad I followed through. I have a legitimate fear of dentists from being told “you’re just feeling pressure” when in reality it was very painful. This office took the time and made sure that I felt no pain during a deep cleaning. My husband and I are still getting things done as we can and they have not pressured us or made us feel like we need to rush anything even though we have neglected our teeth for years. Other offices have done so in the past when we just couldn’t afford it at the time. They have been very kind and courteous even when I was late for an appointment as well.

I would not hesitate at all to recommend Dr. Culver and his staff at Phoenix Family Dentistry. Dr. Culver is such a great guy and so incredibly down to Earth. Everyone in the office is always so kind, caring and know exactly what customer service is all about! I know. No one wants to spend time in the dentist chair. Me included. But Dr. Culver and his staff go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable, relaxed and pain free. Once your teeth are cleaned, they go over any simple treatment plan to get you on your way to a healthy mouth BUT unlike most dental clinics, they don't push anything on you, they don't sell you anything, they aren't there to get you to finance a new set of teeth and they aren't there to bankrupt you. I really appreciated this about Dr. Culver and his staff. It's one of the main reasons why we continue going back (aside from the awesome friendly care!) Whether you're starting to feel some tingling in your teeth or some sensitivity when chewing or maybe you just need a 6-month check up! I would not at all hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Culver and everyone at Phoenix Family Dentistry!

They knew me before ever coming in because I called multiple times prior almost cancelling once, to confirm I had the right address, then couldn’t find the building they were so sweet and knew how nervous I was. They helped me get there and made me feel taken care of once I did.
Dr. Culver took care of a very painful tooth, and I was so impressed with his care . I'm a patient for ever . I highly recommend him, pain free dental care !
This dentistry has a notably peaceful environment. My cleaner is kind, sociable, and makes me feel welcome to let her know if I am uncomfortable at any time. The doctor is also kind, knowledgeable, and very open to questions you may have. I feel like I am in capable, caring hands here.

I have been a patient here since 2011 (Dr. Campbell.). Very friendly staff, very kind and they all really care about the patient. Scheduling is a breeze. The office has steadily been modernizing itself since Dr. Culver took the reins. He has made me feel very comfortable and actually reduced my fear of the dentist. Recommend!

I’m so glad I made an appointment with Dr. Culver and his team. From start to finish I had exceptional service. It was easy and quick to book an appointment and unlike other dentist’s I’ve been to in the past, they were able to work with my schedule. I arrived a few minutes early, as I knew there was going to be paperwork, it was a breeze. The hygienist that worked on me was named Debbie. She was very kind in introducing herself, but what I found most amazing was her gentleness. Not that I’ve had horrible experiences in the past, but I usually leave the dentist with sore gums, but not this time. At the end of my cleaning Dr. Culver stopped over to examine my teeth. He was very considerate and understanding. I had a couple of follow up questions and he never seemed pressed for time or rushed through my entire appointment. I’m so grateful I was referred to this office and will definitely return.
